  • Refund Policy


    Our refund policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange. You must fill in the return form with the items within this period, any items returned outside of this 14 day period will be rejected.


    For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be kept in the original packaging.

    All purchases made between December 1st and December 26th are eligible for our Christmas extended return policy, meaning items bought in this period can be returned for a refund if returned before the 15th of January 2024. You’ll need to retain the order number and return any unwanted items in their original condition and unused. Normal exclusions apply. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

    Any item returned to us which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Any suit which has been customised or made-to-measure has a strict no-returns policy; this includes all orders which have been hemmed to a particular length.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Any item purchased may be returned without question for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item if:

    The incorrect size has been ordered

    The quality of the item is not to the customers satisfaction

    The item delivered does not match the online description



    Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Delay on the delivery of the item does not entitle the customer any special circumstances.



    Once the returned item has been received it will be inspected and only we have the right to determine the returned product's condition. Your refund request will not be accepted if;




    The items are damaged due to the fault of the customer or the return shipping process

    The items contain any form of odour i.e perfume

    The item's tags have been removed or the item has been altered in any way


    Once approved we will process your return and issue a full refund within 10-12 working days.

    We aim to represent our products as best as possible, Actual product colour may vary depending on the lighting of the pictures. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour. If you are not happy with the colouring of the suit you may ask to return but we cannot provide return shipping or reimburse for the shipping costs.

    Please note that customers will be responsible for any customs or taxes due when shipping the product abroad.
